- Our returns policy stands for 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Once these 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused.
- Be in the same condition that it was received.
- Be contained in its original packaging, including outer sleeves or boxes. Containers/packaging must contain product serial number (if present).
- Please contact us first regarding any return. We are happy for you to call us at +44 7460 084 289 or email us.
- Do not send your purchased products back to the original manufacturer.
- We do not allow backorders as standard on any products we list for sale. If you find you are able to backorder an item, please contact us for further information.
- Returning a product does not affect your statutory rights.
- We are unable to accept the following products as returns due to hygiene, health and safety concerns:
- Opened e-Liquids
- Drip-tops (otherwise known as Mouthpieces),
- Opened coils
- Atomisers or Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used.
- In some situations, we may only grant partial refunds:
- Any product found working but with obvious signs of use, wear and tear.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing components not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- The fastest and easiest way to receive new items before your desired item sells out is to re-purchase them online and return the unused items for a refund. This way you will receive your desired item, and your refund can be processed once you have returned the items to us.
- Once your returned item is received by and inspected by us, providing all is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid (unless otherwise stated by us), back to the payment method originally used. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to be received back into your bank account.
- If you have not received a refund that has been confirmed after 7 working days, please contact us.
- Please bear in mind that refund transactions may take some time to be approved by the payment provider. We endeavour to complete all refunds within 7 days however it is not always possible.
- We do not accept liability for any issues that may result due to a late refund payment.
Sale / Clearance Returns
- We only provide refunds or exchanges for items sold at their regular price.
- Any item that is sold with a discount (excluding coupon use), in a sale (otherwise known as through “clearance”) or “hot product” is not eligible for return.

- In2Vape Limited is not responsible for paying the cost of returns of any product (unless explicitly stated by us, or if the product is faulty, see the Terms and Conditions for more information).
- If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend you send your returns via a tracked postage method.
